Every town has a story. Sometimes it's told through a Saturday morning farmers market. Sometimes it's a bakery that's been open for generations. Sometimes it's a family farm tucked down a country road. Sometimes it's the maker who turned their garage into a business.

These places don't always have the biggest signs, and they never have national advertising budgets. But they're the places people remember.  The ones that make a town feel like somewhere instead of anywhere.

We started with a simple idea: a marketplace for the growers and agricultural entrepreneurs who feed their communities. But the more we looked, the more we saw the makers, the artisans, and the entrepreneurs behind the storefronts and stands.

That's who MAE is for.
